I'll play with Jamey Wright (SP/RP) - 17 seasons

Wright has 21 seasons.

I will work on getting everything set up this weekend. I anticipate the draft starting no later than Monday.

If anybody wants to make a change, please do so ASAP. Once I start posting, no more changes.

Initial research on this draft takes a little time, but once it's done the rest just flows from there. I hope people will be patient if the first rounds aren't super fast. Life is getting unpredictable in many ways, and you can't expect everyone to be available as usual all the time.

As is the custom, there is no clock on the first few rounds. If things go smoothly after that, I will not turn on clock.

I suppose that this has always been the case, but I think that your ability to change your player after seeing the nominated seasons that everyone else is using gives you somewhat of an advantage. If this is allowed, why not make the selected seasons public knowledge?

That may be true but the reverse situation would put schwarze at a disadvantage. For example, if schwarze was going to use a 1B teammate with his nominated player and then David Ortiz gets nominated by someone else late in the process, his original nominee becomes less useful.

I have participated in all in but one of schwarze's 16x16's and 8x8's and this is the first time I recall a late switch by schwarze, I believe he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Not that my opinion matters, after all I am a self-proclaimed bigwig (eye roll), but I believe given the uncertainty in the world right now (Corona) Schwarze has built up enough goodwill over the years but he should have to roster Bucky Dent just on principle.

Lets roll. Any advantage either way is negligible. Schwarze is a top commissioner because he has high integrity and has been a mentor to a lot of us who have played this game. After 3 surgeries and 4 trips to the ER in the last 6 weeks I need the distraction.
