We were doing great and now we've had three skipped picks in round 1. Not sure why that happened, but I've sent sitemail to happyhours letting him know that he shouldn't wait for the two folks in front of him before he posts a pick.

I'm sure that's not it because he opened the sitemail I sent everyone yesterday saying that we were on the clock today.

Question. I know i missed my Saturday night pick. I don't draft after 5pm. My life choices. No computer after 5pm for me. But how does teams get to draft their Sunday draft picks before my time slot on Saturday? Myself and a couple of others still should be able to pick up before their time slots the next day. I am picking here at 6am central 7am eastern. Shouldn't i be able to take 1994 Maddux or2001 Bonds?

HH - this is how this draft has always been run. Refer to the notes at the top of page 1. It's gonna happen to you every round conceivably. You may want to consider swapping picks permanently with someone more toward the middle of the draft.

FYI
I always make my missed draft picks in every league the next morning before 7am central time if i draft after 5pm. So if you are going to let teams select their next day picks before teams on the previous day misses. I am in for a lot of hurting in this draft. I do try and proxy when i can.

I am still playing, i like the concept. But it will just put me in a huge disadvantage. 'Best of luck to all"

Nope, i guess i will live with it......Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully i can proxy.

Oh yeah - of course proxy picks will resolve the issue.
