I'm most likely in, but I do have one question:

In the rules you stated that each team must keep 15 players. I'm imagining this would be a fairly rare situation, but I could see a team not being able to field 15 keepers due to retirements, season-jumps, etc. (If the keeper list requirement is 18, it becomes at least somewhat more likely).

How would this situation be handled?

Keeps you from drafting all one year wonders....got to plan just the slightest.

I guess I don't have enough puzzles in my life, so count me in with 1989-2013.
