We are moving moving albeit slowly. It would appear that we need
1 Toronto
1 Chicago,
1 Detroit
3 NY Rangers

One last try. I previously asked if it was ok for Detroit and Toronto to add an extra play. I want to extend that to Chicago and NYR. I will allow a 1920 decade player for these franchises.

Hey guys, I'm pulling the plug on this. I am presently in 2 progressive leagues and I will only play those going forward.I dont like twisting arms and many proposed leagues get off to a quick start only to completely stall.
