No, everyone's draft except mine is secret. I draft first, live on camera, and everyone will see my team, but no one except me will know your team, which of course doesn't matter since I have already picked! This way no one has any advantage/disadvantage by being slow or fast, and since I see everyone's team, I have no advantage since my team is locked in.

Are players exclusive? Im not quite sure I understand the rules. I get 5 players from a pool of 25. So then you send me another 25 and i pick 5 from them?

Players are not exclusive, however the odds of drawing the same players are low, and drawing the same list is for all intents and purposes impossible. There are 95,270 entries, and we will draw at most 18,000, so while there will be some overlap, the rosters will look completely different.
As for your 2nd question, that is pretty much correct. I send you a full roster of 25 players, you pick the 5 you want, along with any alterations to the list. Once I record your choices, I send your round 2 list, and so on and so forth.
So yeah, the lists aren't deliberately exclusive, but every round the pool resets,

In theory it could remove them, however that would require a ton of extra work and the payout wouldn't be all that great since you're only going to pull 125 or 150 out of almost 100,000, the odds of getting the same player are so low already.

As for posting teams as we go.
You are correct, however there could in theory be an advantage to seeing the other rosters.
I post a spreadsheet of the round by round results once everyone is done.

Just another clarification? Does the name twists have to be in the same year? Your examples kinda make it seem so but the wording doesnt. Can i take a Greg Holland and turn him to a greg maddux?

There are three pieces to each player: First Name, Last Name, Year, anything you twist has to match. So 2011 Greg Holland could get you 2006 Greg Maddux for example, but not 1995, that's too far away. You can use one twist as a stepping stone for another, but again, anything you twist into has to actually exist.
If you're not sure about if what you want to do is legal/possible once you start drafting, feel free to ask for clarification. The policy for if someone gives an improper list, essentially anything that would not follow the rules, I simply reject the picks that round and do not roll the next list until a valid list is sent. So basically you won't get punished for submitting an invalid list should there be confusion on what you can/can't do.

Ok I'm a little more confused now after reading several posts.
Let's go with name twist only(no double twist etc), if I draw 1994 Ramon Martinez and I want Pedro, I have to twist to 1994 Pedro only without using a 2nd lifeline correct?

You can twist 1994 Ramon Martinez to 1994 Pedro Martinez, then take that and twist it to 1999 yes. That's a double.

You could NOT twist 1989 Ramon Martinez to 1989 Pedro Martinez, that doesn't exist.
