SEASON 3 TO START DRAFTING AFTER ODL DRAFT IS COMPLETED AND UP AND RUNNING. AUGUST MAY BE SLOW FOR PEOPLE, SO COULD BE CLOSER TO LABOR DAY.

How do these standings translate to the draft order? I'm sure this has been explained, but I'm a little slow sometimes. I'm just trying to figure out about where I will draft so I can start making a plan... I honestly have no idea where I'll be picking based on the standings. I apologize for being a '!^#@ (edited for political correctness).
