Yes. The Bengals aren't everything they're made out to be.

Perhaps the benching of Russell made the rest of the team realize that no job is safe.

I wouldn't even really count 5 of those non-playoff seasons. I took over a 42 win team and didn't win until S4 of the rebuilding process(went on to win 2 WS in 7 consecutive playoffs appearances) and I have two mid-season takeovers in there. So I win when I take my advice.
