First I'd just like to say a Might Big Hiya to you Maddiesdad. I always ejoyed you in a conference with me.
Re how I evaluate talent I just look at them .After running enough teams successfully I know what Im looking for and can evaluate prospects pretty quickly .
I just won my first NC with Beloit;Div III in Stagg World(Yes,Im blowing my own horn :) so I must be doing something right.

Todd - I received the file and just sent you a "contribution". The spreadsheet is pretty cool.
I am having a problem trying to download the Workbook FAQ. I go to the file share web site and enter in the code and it won't download?
Any ideas?
I am also looking forward to the Recruiting file.
