The problem stems from Hillary thinking the rules of government do not apply to her. Trump doesn't believe the rules of common decency apply to him. They're both shitballs.

That is completely irrelevant. Hillary shouldn't (and doesn't) get a pass because you (or she) thinks the system is ridiculous. If you don't like the system, change it. But unless and until it's changed, you'd better damn well adhere to it or be prepared to face the consequences.

Also, the over-classification problem mainly features classification of relatively insignificant information at low clearance levels. By the last tally I remember, there are at least 65 emails that were Secret and above.

If you're working in the inner circle of the White House, and you're receiving and forwarding/responding to emails that you may or may not know is highly classified, then that's all the more reason to confine your email usage to a secure server. Just to be on the side of caution.

Who cares? Only an idiot thinks they can use their own server for work, no matter what job, no matter what company, and the sec of state especially should know this.
