Low contact/splits would be high 40s/low 50s...this guy has 28 contact for the love of God and a vR of 41. Don't really care what his eye is, he shouldn't be in the big leagues and if you do put him there, then low-.200 BA and sub-.300 OBP is exactly what you deserve. Swing for the fence hitter doesn't mean he should be hitting lots of homers with a low average/OBP, it means he just swings at everything and occasionally connects.
Low .200 BA and sub .300 obp is what I would expect from this guy and that is what he has given. However 93 power rating is top of the line and add in the 85 eye this player should create good power numbers. I would expect good walks, high strikeouts, low BA, subpar OBP and good power. He has everything but is lacking the good power. 59 singles, 12 doubles, 3 triples, and 7 homers is not what I expect from a player with a 93 power rating. He should have less singles and more homers to go along with that low BA and subpar OBP.
