I haven't used an extreme pitcher's park but I'd probably build my offense around contact/speed/baserunning and pitching around control.

There is an IFA that I've offered, and been his number one offer, since 2.12.10 PM cycle. Based on when we are in the season, and how much money is in others prospect budget, there are only a few who could even offer his demands.

How soon can I expect this dude to sign?

Do you think a real estate developer worth $50+ million who hasn't paid state taxes in nine of the last 10 years has any chance in hell of winning a US Senate election? His only campaign experience to date is running for his village board, which he has done twice.. and finished last both times.
