I definitely cringed when I saw several 40-something rated guys getting 4 year deals.

But arvid seems pretty interested. I have no doubt he'll work hard to improve. Will also make it that much more sweet for him and that much more painful for me when his team surpasses the Shamrocks.

With the two goalies we picked up in the draft, there aren't going to be many team passing us.

Still have to catch up to a few, though...

St. Louie and No. Hollywood fairly dominant in tune-ups for tomorrow's early season heavyweight matchup.

Unfortunately, the Speedster shot his rookie goalie load tonight when he had to make a whole seven saves to get the win, while my stud Muhlstein (74) was watching his understudy cruise to a nine-save shutout.

ADVANTAGE BRAIN (yawn, again).

Pitty's rookie keeper stands tall in OT win over stubborn NY.

Dude, you gotta dress more than seven guys that WILL shoot the puck if you want them to.

Supporting the rookie goalie with iron clad defense might be the right way to go, but you cant have it both ways either.

**** it, I basically let Muhlstein play the role of Tom Barrasso on the 91-92 Pens and dress 10 guys with OFF >90.
