I have a question about first and last years being inelligble.

For example, if a pitcher pitches 10 innings in his first season, 65 innings (first sim-elibible season) in his second, 150 innings in his third:

Is the 10 inning season the ineligible one or the 65 inning one.

I haven't played this theme before, so I'm sorry if it is the classic "stupid question"
