Are we still allowed to ask that question?
I thought the Libs wanted Jesus/God out of everything. (Or is it only Government, schools, History and morality they want them removed from?)
separation of God and state...ever hear of it? I have a question. If you believe in God and Jesus, why do you care what anyone else believes in? what does it matter where you pray to God? I'm pretty sure He wouldn't care? You want to pray in school? why does it need to be an organized thing? Pray to God in your head, He can probably hear you.
This is full of inaccuracies and bad assumptions.
1) I'm fine not basing Government decisions of Christianity or any other religion, but when God is mentioned in Historical documentation, he should stay there.
2) Every Christian should want everyone to believe. It comes with the "label".
3) Where did I ever say school prayer should be organized. It just shouldn't be banned - no matter who you're praying to, if it's done in a way it doesn't interfere with teaching.
4) God does hear all prayers, no matter their volume or where they take place.
1, I don't think I've heard anyone saying God should be taken out of historical documents. If so, that's just silly.
2. what about non-Christians? Not everyone is a Christian. I have no problem with your beliefs, of faith. If they work for you, great. Just don't wave them in my face.
3. Maybe I am wrong but organized school prayer is what is banned (like in homeroom, led by the teacher) I haven't heard of any student gettin g in trouble for praying quietly, on their own.
