So two picks in round 25, a player and a ballpark? Shouldn't the ballpark be round 26?

I was thinking 23 to 26 and you could pick ball park in any one of them. It would be more fair to everyone and then control to owner not random luck.

I might have misread the original rules, but my understanding was that there would be a final round for ballparks.
