Ballparks are not exclusive. There is not a separate round for them for that reason. You just have to pick a park in a season one of your players played in

For this purpose, name changes are the same stadium - Kauffman and Royal Stadium are the same. But, Baltimore, Camden Yards and Memorial are different stadiums. After 5 seasons, you can relocate to another unoccupied city/stadium if you wish. We will pick the stadium with your 25th pick, at the same time.

Ah, ok. I assumed that I must have remembered incorrectly, and I had. I guess I just thought there would be a 26th round because that would be my assumption otherwise. I would have done it that way, but I'm not commish and however he wants to do it is of course perfectly fine.
