Well I didn't tilt off my entire br over the weekend trying tournies out of my range so that's an improvement. I tried sticking to sngs Sunday since I was running hot. Played 10 cashed in 5 and bubbled 2 (that Hurt). Realized the number of them I would have to do in order to make ground on building the br. Even at 20% roi which may be optimistic that's just 1.20 a game. I guess that's good but
I have done so well at cash games on ub (up my limit to .50nl for bad beat) that I don't think I'll have the patience to stick with sng.

Going to stick to the micro mtt circuit and cash for now.

I was dumb last night and wasted $40 or so. Squeaked into the cash of the cashout last night, but with nothing to sell off, so that was actually like a $1 loss.

I probably need a new strategy at UB. It would help if that bad beat jackpot would reset and stop tempting me. I keep surviving my .25/.50 sessions, but eventually I'll stack off again.

What type of turnout do you think we will have tomorrow night?

Hopefully similar to last week. I may miss it, though, as I think my in-laws are getting in tomorrow evening.

Weekend update. Played several tournaments on Friday night after getting home wasted. Not a good idea. One was a 75.00 knockout. Fell asleep during the 2nd break with over 12k chips. When I woke up the tournament had ended finished 61st when 45 get paid. Not good.

Played mostly $1.00/$2.00 7-Game did well. Interesting PLO hand. One I flopped a set of Qs with nut flush draw and straight draw. We get into a raising war. Other guy is holding AAXX and hits the one outter on the turn to win a cool $167.00 pot. Sick - ech.

Played the 28k guarantee yesterday. 3k started. I got 7 knockouts and was rolling along when I made a terrible read in a battle of the blinds, essentially giving away 2/3 my stack. Open shoved with KQ and blinds at 1/2 to take my stack back from 16k to 21k. Next hand open shoved with 88. Guy who has 24k calls me with J10 off which I still dont get. He hits the 10 and that was it.


Finished I think 170. But first was 12k and was playing pretty good till the mental implossion. Too bad.

Im very excited about the Mini Ftops thats starting in December. Specifcally the HORSE and Razz tournaments.

I'm solid at horse and razz. No 7 game for me though unless I sit out PLO that game kills me and I don't have the money to learn it.

This week may be low with holliday but hope not I'll be there.

There's a big difference between my "best" games and the most profitable games.

I've always been more successful at HORSE because a lot of people are just trying it out, and aren't familiar with the RSE games (specifically the ante/bring-in aspects).

I would add tournies is completely different. I think I have a grasp how to play tournaments. Reason I felt comfortable jpimg in elimination black Jack without k owing more then the basics of the game.

I think the % of games I would cash in a low level sng would be highest in games other then nlhe because players don't understand the games they are playing (like me in PLO). That's 1 reason I liked pokerstars. The variety of sngs and how fast they fill.
