I can't envision any scenario where you wouldn't.

i already have my answer/opinion, but i'd like yours:

someone with instant success in sim sports: alias or just really really really lucky?
3/17/2010 12:40 PM
I tend to lean alias. I've been a baseball fan since a small child. I fully understand stats and how they equate to the GAME of baseball. However, my first SLB team finished 55-107 because I had no idea how this game worked. However, if someone read the forums, researched the good teams and learned the game before they started, they could be successful. But I don't think many people do that. They see the game and want to play. Doing all the other stuff would be like reading the instructions for Madden before playing a game. No one does that.

will you fly to nyc and kick me in the balls if reino wins the division in MG?
3/17/2010 12:56 PM
I may. reino has never made the playoffs. I know alcatala is in NY and trop is in IL. Seems like a trip to NY would be the most efficient.
3/17/2010 1:02 PM
why wouldn't you fly to nyc and kick deano in the balls regardless of whether or not reino wins the division?

Also, if the score is 0 - 0 how can saying there is no score be correct?
3/17/2010 1:11 PM
Do you have a deviated septum?
3/17/2010 1:11 PM
is it because deano's balls might be hard to find?

Doesn't Mike own the Wii remote balls-kicking technology?

Has wylie looked before?
3/17/2010 1:38 PM
Plane tickets aren't free. And I have plenty of local balls to kick.

Because, as I said, we see Zero/Zero as no score.

No.

Probably.

No.

Probably.

Has wylie looked before
if I had looked before wouldn't I know if they were hard to find or not?

also, if if a batter has a count of 0 - 0 you can't say there is no count, right? so how can you say 0 - 0 is no score?
3/17/2010 1:46 PM
Who would win in wylie vs. deano?
3/17/2010 1:54 PM
Probably.

Because "score" and "count" are different words. And I don't think anyone would object if, as a batter stepped to the plate, the announcer said "The batter steps to the plate and there is no count" because we know he's just filling time.

No one would care. Most would just root for dual fatal injury.

I respect people's rights to watch what they want and do what they want. I dont want to ban sports and I dont look down my nose at whatever sports people may enjoy.

That being said isnt the whole UFC thing getting a little bit over the top?
