Is there a reason my team (Rochester Hustlers) play drop off after the All-Star break, this is the second season in a row where they have a winning record at the break and then come out really under achieve?

If they're not playing fatigued, no.   My team in MG, also Rochester, went to the A/S break with 51 and 48 wins in the last two seasons.   Finished with 77 in both seasons.   And I know they weren't fatigued.

1) Why did JConte release a **** update to GID then quit 5 months later? 

2) Did he quit or was he fired?

3) I've been banned 3 times for talking **** about Jconte,  will I get perma banned for asking these questions?

I'm sure he didn't think it was ****.
I can't say for sure but people do move to different jobs voluntarily.
One can talk **** about site staff but you have to do it the right way.   I don't think these are ban-worthy.

Depends on how you worded it. 
I'm pretty sure the Artful Dodger(character in a Dickens novel) was a petty criminal.

Worlds play differently but, if you look at his previous seasons, it's not far off considering park factors.   Austin is a hitter's park, Richmond is neutral and Iowa City is a pitcher's park.   I'd expect him to hit closer to .250 with an OPS of around .700 in a pitcher's park so he is underperforming a bit.  His VR is average and he'll get 60%+ of his AB against them.   His power is below average and his eye is average.   He's got good contact so he's not going to strikeout much but his speed isn't going to get him a lot of infield hits.   In short, you have a below average hitter underperforming.  Most worlds will hit .250-.260 with an OPS of .730-.750.   He won't do that especially playing at least half of his games in a pitcher's park.

Another quick question:

Einar is content with your offer, but is still unclear about his future. College is still an option, so he's gonna take his time with this decision. He'll let you know if anything changes.

Does that response mean I need to up my offer or just wait it out? Einar is an amazing prospect and I can't afford not to sign him.

Wait it out.  He'll come back with a new demand(maybe 40% higher, maybe less) or tell you to take a leap.    Changing the current offer won't accomplish anything.
