I wonder if we can decline a penalty when called against the Habs? Our pp has been miserable at best this year, and with the way Montreal shut down the league's #1 pp in Washington..........

I also wonder what lame excuse Leonsis is going to have now? After proclaiming his Caps the cup winners this year during their unbeaten run, I can't wait to see the words of wisdom that he is going to share with everyone today.
