If they are not doing anything remotely threatening, than someone is calling cops solely because they are black. That is racist, or at the very least, prejudice.

If they are running around being loud and having a water balloon fight? IDK. Old people used to call the cops on us all the time because we were loud or there were too many of us gathered together. Darn hooligans.

Here is the definition of bias: prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

They are similar but not the same. There is no "discrimination or antagonism" in bias. Again you may disagree but in my opinion they are not the same and I would agree we have all kids of biases in institutions but not racism.

I thought Perfessor Dahs was the only one who was allowed to provide definitions of words in these forums.
