Now for the rules of Survivor Auction. Each of you have been given $100 Survivor Bucks. Survivor Bucks may be spent at the auction and have no value elsewhere. Each bid must be made in full dollar increments and bids be raised by at least a dollar.
Items will be up for at least six hours, after that point the item up for bid may be awarded to the highest bidder, so don’t just wait around because the item can close at any time after that. (I assume that most of the bidding will be wrapping up by that point anyway)
Finally, each item will come with a brief description of how it may be used. Many of the items are teams that the winner may used at any time even if the team does not fit in the description for said round. For instance, lets say Josh wins the 1926 Yankees in the auction, he could then use them in a round where the goal is to win by the biggest margin using teams that were below .500. Even though the Yankees were not below .500 in that year he could use them. Same goes if the rules state picking a team from the 90’s he could use them.
Once you use your survivor auction item you may not use it again.
Finally tribe members may give their cash to other tribe members. However you must do so by posting it in the this thread. You may not post stipulations on said transfer either. So if josh wants to give sox yanks $25 bucks to bid on the current team he can but sox could just say thanks, pocket the money and save it for a latter auction.
Any questions let me know. For now I am off to bathe the kids. I will have the first auction item up fro grabs tonight.
