the BB rifle was for sale in the store. Would the same thing have happened if a white person picked up an item for sale in the store? Doubtful.

What a tragic story and the fact that he had a young child adds to the tragedy.

Because it's pretty clear they did NOT have to use deadly force on this guy. The guy that called 911 recanted that he said Crawford was pointing it at people, in direct contrast to what he says on the 911 tape. This cop killed this guy. Maybe to call it "murder" is excessive, but it's negligent homicide for sure.
