No, it's very accurate. I know bosuxbill is a Pats fan who hopped on the Sux bandwagon in '04. So the fact that he knows little of baseball is no shocker. I don't have that sort of info on you but I'm assuming you're new to the game of baseball.

Mike's back.
So, Mike, do you think that teams that strikeout less score more runs?

Just mikey, pulling, one after another, individual situations (first and second! 14 Ks!) out of his ***, with no numbers or anything like facts.
Seriously, I think your 1/8 number is the first interesting number introduced by your "side."
And I pride myself on changing my worldview given new facts.
Do you think Mikey and his other cohorts do? Do you think they would answer as you have?
Or do you think he'd just quote his **** in bold some more? Put his fingers in his ears and think of his daddy?
a3m, answer my questions! How do you think mikey would react if someone presented him with proof (that, for the sake of the hypo, both you and I agreed was proof) that he was wrong in this?

obp is partially a byproduct of how good a pitcher is. unfortunately there isnt a way to factor that in. stats tell alot of the story, but not all.
You. Are. Retarded.

You don't score runs when you strikeout. You walk your no hittin' *** back to the dugout and hope the next player picks you up.
2/22/2008 4:35 PM
But does that mean that teams score more runs when they strikeout less?
Yes or no?

I'm not friends with mike, nor do I know mike. I don't care what he does but yes id be willing to bet he would bold and quote. but honestly, its not like hes the only one doing it. its going both ways.

Except that I'd be interested in learning the truth, if it's out there.

You think he is? He's obviously just getting off on posting the same **** and baiting people.
