If you're referring to the oil leak in the Gulf, there could be no plan.  Two months later, they have no idea how to stop it.   Simple plans(Hurricane plans where hurricanes hit and earthquake plans where earthquakes happen) should be in place.   I don't think FEMA is too horrible during "normal" disasters.

I'm trying to think of the 7 that are worse.   Orioles, Pirates, Clippers are the only teams I can come up with.   There can't be a worse football franchise.  The other four must be hockey teams.

Why are the forums not as active since the change over?  I used to be able to come to the forums and spent a good hour shuffling through rant after rant and argument after argument.  What gives?

It's called summer.   People go on vacation.   Plus, and this is a good thing, you have to be an active owner to post.   There have been times when the kids got out of school and spent their summers posting but not playing any games. 

So when they switched to the new forums, they limited posting to only the current payees and scrapped all the long time posters that didnt have a current payed team?  If thats the case, thats cool.  I didnt know they did that.

Initially it was supposed to be a purchase within the last 3 months.    They changed that when they realized they sell games in "packs".
