schwarze, do we have to have 20 from our drafted team and 5 from the dispersal draft, or could we, for example, do 21/4 if Round 5 pickings were slim enough?

are the Rockies really that good? Personally, I'd be happier with 15/10.

Rockies are solid gold, baby.

However, the question is probably mostly academic, as I'm pretty sure the 75th best player to be dispersed is better than the 21st best Rockie.
