That's such a small thing, it really doesn't matter. Heck, as some have already mentioned, the two best #2 seeds are playing Kentucky and Kansas, anyway. And Kansas and Kentucky are also set to match up in the Final Four which is also stupid. (Both of those things are way, way, way more significant than the Cuse/Duke flip-flop.)
And yes, Illinois was wildly inconsistent. I'm really mixed on them, they have good wins but it's tough to take a 14-loss team. Obviously you're not exactly unbiased on the subject, lol.
