This doesn't even make sense. Your players had ratings points they should not have had. Just because you saw them doesn't mean that's how it should've been. And on top of that it affects everybody the same.
The solution is, do it right the first time...I don't understand why seble gets a pass here when he screwed it up to begin with. Just because he fixed it ONLY BECAUSE CUSTOMERS NOTICED, absolves the fact that he didn't/can't do it right the first time? Again, who's paying who?
It's amazing how some people just don't see situations in their entirety....there's a beginning, middle, and end...not just a happy ending, which some/most of you are purporting.
