Once you have a partner, you both can go ahead and purchase your $40 gift certificates.  I posted the instructions on page 1, but here they are again for your convenience.  Once I get all the GC's, I will go ahead and have the franchise numbers and partnership letters randomly drawn.

Here are the instructions for purchasing a gift certificate...

Go to "WIS"
Choose "Gift Certificate"
Choose "Ready to Purchase"
Fill out the information as follows...
Recepient's name: admin                                                                    <-- do not send the GC to me    
Recepient's email: [email protected]                 
Message: Schwarze's Greatest Franchise Mega Tournament  <-- make sure to get this right
Amount: $40
Send on: Current date

Fill out the rest of the form as usual...
 
After completing this transaction, cut & paste the receipt to a site-mail and send to me. You can go ahead and purchase the GC now.

Both full and partial seasons are allowed. So in your example, you can use either Cincinnati version (full or partal).
