So, the owner would manage 6 teams at same time?  And, typically, how long does it take to get the teams formed and up and running after we pick the themes?

Maybe we should start sending out site mails to owners etc. that have participated in the past but gave up on WIS. I'm thinking longtallbrad, shapandrew7, and uvasooner, for starters.
