Isn't 24 hours long enough to decide on a trade in an internet sim game?

Nonetheless, when you hit the buttons and walk out of a voting booth, you don't get to turn around 3 hours later and change it because you heard something on the radio.

Seriously, what changing your vote allows is for the persuasive owner to change the minds of people.   It makes the playing field less level.   The guy who never posts doesn't have the same opportunity to sway your thinking.     Simply put, don't vote until you've decided.  Don't wait for someone else to help you decide.

At least you've offered a reason now. Was that so hard?

That's the second reason and it seems so obvious that it shouldn't need mentioning.

When you're on the internet and relying on someone else to tell you what to think, you've got some problems.

I don't worry about people pushing people one way or the other, on any questionable deal there's usually both sides brought to the table.  If you allow yourself to be swayed by the squeeky wheel, then that's your problem.

But I'm also not arrogant enough to think that I can't learn something new or find a different perspective by something posted in the coaches corner on a particular deal.

Is 24 hours enough?  Depends on the day, sometimes I might log in many times, other days I can barely get to the computer.  Its the nature of the game, but if they're giving me days to alter my decision on the HoF, Cy Young, MVP & rookie of the year awards, as well as 24 hours to adjust my FA bids, budgets and initial coaching hires, I'd like the full 24 hours to adjust my approve/veto vote as often as I see fit.

Simple solution.  Don't vote until you have time to decide.  If you don't get to vote due to time restraints, it's just like FA bids, budgets and coaching hires, you simply missed that chance.

Trust me, the world won't stop turning if taz21 doesn't hit approve/veto one day.
