I understand what you are saying PQ. What I have found though in creating theme league ideas is that it's tougher to get variation between rosters the higher the salary cap. A lot of the puzzle/twist type themes simply don't work at the higher caps. That being said, maybe I can replace the 110 with a 160 next year.
I still feel 100M is the best cap to work with as there are an unlimited number of creative theme ideas that fit this salary structure.
if you do that, then maybe instead of the $120 we should have a $60. ;-` "Low cap" of 60-70M is really closer to accurate simming of Major League Baseball in SLB than 80M, pardon the Capt. Obvious reminder. And as for simulating, I'd like to see some use of (standardized?) AAA in some themes. It is such an artificial limitation to have to use only 25 total players.
It's not like managing teams with schwarze themes doesn't take iterative management anyway.
(I'm a big fan of hi-touch daily management of few teams, I confess. As for me, doing six teams at once is over the top for my WIS/hobby time.)
