Lots of expansion teams makes this tricky...  Here is one scenario (assuming last pick is Atlanta).  If the last pick is an A.L. team, then TB or MIL moves into the N.L.

I'd probably move Kansas City to the AL West and Tampa to the AL Central if it's the Braves that are taken.  Otherwise, that looks good.

FYI, jose hasn't opened the sitemail I sent him on Wednesday.  I plan to give him through the weekend to check in, but if I don't hear from him soon I'll get in touch with newarkwilder to see if he can fill in if needed.
