There are players from the Red Sox going back to 1900 dude, and players from the Mariners going back to 1977 only, and considering that a lot of players played more than one season, how many years worth of seasons are there for a Mariners' tourney?

MAYBE enough for 16, maybe for 24 players, but there are easily enough with the original 16 franchises.

I'd like to join. Haven't played Sim league in a while; moved over to HBD, but would come back for this.

My memory is taking my son to his first game as a 5 year old. He paid attention the whole game. Sox led most of the way then Vernon Wells tied it with a homerun in the 8th and blue jays took a 4-3 lead in the 9th. Sox had runners on the corners in the bottom of the ninth, but came up short. I was also at the game when John Valentin turned an unassisted triple play.

I would be in if there was a tournament for Phillies fans.

I will try this if another team is needed. I honestly can't pinpoint one moment in team history that is my favorite, I just enjoy being a fan of the game. I was able to attend a game at Fenway Park and that was a cool experience in itself.

I certainly would be interested as a die hard life long Red Sox fan.

My favorite memory personally was bringing my son to his first game in a baby carrier. The sox lost and we have a picture of him with a sad face. He is 9 now and as a partial season ticket holder we go to a few sox games together each year. Last year he learned how to score games, a lost art these days.

My favorite on field has to be Dave Roberts steal of second. I went to every one of those games, those days were a blur with the short turn arounds and late nights. But nothing will ever compare. Sure fisks home run, Pedro's pure domination (especially in the all star game), pick a Papi great moment, the Red Sox Yankees fight, and many of the days before I was born. But that steal setup the greatest run in playoff history and ended the drought.

I would give it a shot. My earliest of many memories is Pete Runnels being my favorite player because Dad said I looked like him playing the field.
