Guys, we have a small issue. My cumulative salary after last round was actually

45,325,573

and not

$49,260,234

It's my mistake because I listed it incorrectly (too much playing around with my spreadsheet, I think). This would put me between tab316us and slainte which I'm only bringing up because Gullickson was going to be my pick. How do we want to handle this?

I was asked to make a ruling on this.

Each person is responsible for posting his team's salary correctly. Although it's possible that one of the other three people might have caught the mistake, it's not their responsibility to do so (not everybody keep's track of the other teams). Although the miscalculation meant only one spot in the draft order, what if was three spots? Would all three people's picks be void? What if the error wasn't noticed for a few rounds? Would you go back and re-draft from that point?

I'm sorry to say that I have to let the Gullickson selection by slainte to stand.

To be truthful, I intended to pick Gullikson last round. Because of the salary posted, I saw that I could sneak in a low salary reliever to jump ahead of ozo and then pick Gullikson in the next round. Had ozo posted his salary correctly, I would have taken Gullikson the previous round (instead of Butcher). Gullikson was going to be mine either way.

It's a fair ruling by schwarze. I will settle for

That being said, I'll agree to go back a round and choose Gullikson instead of Butcher and then recalculate the salaries for round 8. I'm not sure what makes sense at this point.

No reason to muddy it up, especially since you would've selected him last round if I hadn't posted the wrong salary. I'd feel like I only got him via deception, ha. I appreciate it, though
