really like the cp3/klay start for nc...super clean, plenty of 3s, good def, cp3s super high ast% covers klays biggest weakness...frontcourt shouldnt be too hard to fill since usg isnt a huge priority

i could have started out with 60-70 ast% from just 2 starters and been on my way to an extremely fun offense...had a perfect guy in mind for round 3 to cover some of jokics awful defense and push my ast% to close to 100 without adding the ast% from my 2(i think you can guess who that guy is)

but no...i chickened out...i love the efg/def combo from stockton/mchale but im at a massive disadvantage on the boards right now unless i play mchale at sf - which i absolutely hate doing

i have no problem putting 97/98% low usg guys at the 3 but i avoid it with higher usg guys...i want every bit of that 55-60% efg from mchale...gotta see how the draft plays out but right now the plan is to play him at the 4

I plan on drafting better in the middle rounds than I did in the previous draft.

Chandler and Towns were my ideal picks to pair with Lebron at the end of the 2nd. (Towns would have been boring, because Ben did that last year.) Mutombo is not a bad consolation prize, though; gives plenty of minutes with great D, great blocks, good efg%, and good enough rebounding.

I also considered pairing Lillard with Lebron, which would have been fun. But didn't think I could afford to wait until the 3/4 turn for bigs.

Mutombo and LeBron was one of my favorite pairings of the first two rounds

I had a list of 6 names. 4 went in the last 6 picks. I feel like I can go ahead and make the next two picks because they seem like foregone conclusions at this point.

I don't see any shocking picks so far (almost through the end of round 3).
