Maybe so, but sometimes the truth is very harsh.
A whole lot of folks are gonna have to face some VERY inconvenient truth quite soon.
The FACT that they were horribly wrong and got played and bought into the most obvious con in world History.

Most of them will NEVER admit the truth to themselves!!
Willfully stupid. They deserve harsh treatment.

Coddling the weak minded is exactly HOW we got here!!

The schnook I will agree is deluded on just about every topic that is discussed here.
Comedy relief does not merit being verbally pulverized.
The politics he throws out is bat shirt crazy but it is his opinion and even if he is hallucinating let him.
Exactly how is he harming anybody.
It isn’t like he was at the capitol assaulting police officers and trying to kill Mike Pence.

Telling people they are going to hell because of their religion is out of bounds and if he is racist or hateful to groups based on race or religion or gender or sexual identity or orientation then he does deserve backlash.

On politics he does not need a reckoning.
It is just as bad as redlining and it is censorship and embarrassing.

Politics IS and always has been Dirty business. In recent years that's where the Repugs have just plain been better than the Dems.

Earlier today, I jogged a mile and a bit, then did 3 sets of pushups, for a total of 115, then between those sets, 11 and then 8 chinups and.. am probably in better shape than you are..even though I am almost 77. You are probably fat and weak.. with health problems you don't yet know about

No, you spoke your opinion. Which you are entitled to have. However, just because YOU believe something to be true, does not in actuality, make it true.
After all, you believe everything in the Bible to be true. I somehow doubt Adam lived to be 930 years old. That is only one of many things in the Bible I find hard to believe .

Mwett, never said it should shake the core of your faith. You have faith and I am happy for you, if it improves your life. I was basically complaining about the Canuck's belief that his opinions are the truth. They may well be facts, but you need evidence of proof for something to be a fact. LnF has shown very little in the way of evidence to back up his statements of what is the truth.

Seriously, I have no issues with anyone having faith in whatever they believe. What I have an issue with is people trying to push their faith on others, especially after being rebuffed many times. I am not accusing you of this. I haven't experienced you trying to push your faith on me. I know a few people who have plenty of faith in Jesus Christ. We get along fine because they do not try to convince me tat they are right and I am wrong. For all I know, you and LnF may be right, but I don't know. I would never try to tell you I am right either when it comes to having or not having faith.
I will tell LnF he is wrong when he defends Donald Trump or says covid is a hoax because he doesn't know anyone who had died from covid. Or any of his other ridiculous claims.

Because you believe something to be false, does not make it so. BTW the oldest guy in Genesis live to be 969 and his name was Methusela. Then there is this guy named Enoch .. God took him at the tender age of about 380.. He just disappeared.

In those days, men lived long lives, until God decided to shorten that.
