I have a great fondness for Mario Soto. This gets deep into the weeds, but I spent a large chunk of my youth replaying the 1982 season on Statis-Pro Baseball, and Soto was one of the stalwarts in my season. He pitched 3 consecutive one-hitters at one point. Was wild. One was rain-shorted, though (gotta love those Z charts ... IYKYK). Anyway, I have had this season flagged in hopes he'd recreate that magic for me here.
