I think the world has already decided on Tiger. That said, no one will care about it when he starts playing again. Ray Lewis, Jamal Lewis, Donte Stallworth, Michael Vick, etc, etc. have moved on from actual crimes. Tiger cheated on his wife. There will be "pockets" of people who will think he's the biggest jerk ever but no one will really care.

I'm sure Tiger will show contrition. He "owes" an apology to his family. However, he wants to repair his image, for endorsements/place in golf history, so he might apologize to everyone.
