hey sluggo...You know what Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Steve Yzerman, Bobby Orr and Sidney Crosby have in common? They all won Stanley Cups and all of them also lost in the playoffs, probably to inferior teams on paper sometimes.
I guess the 1 Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold Medal, World Junior Gold, Hart Trophy, Art Ross Trophy and Lester B. Pearson (Ted Lindsay) Award, all at the tender age of 23 are not enough huh. Name one other player who had this much hardware at this age. Just 1. I didn't think so.
Crosby is not a God, and he's not the greatest of all time, but to suggest Ovechkin, who had all his points in basically 2 games in the first round, is a better player because of their stats in the playoffs is a little short-sighted.
