Gonna go nuts trying to think along with Sleepy, Atrain, Probie and Sparky this last round.

The top four goalies are still there. Doubt either of Probie or Sparky would take one. Atrain plus a Sitto would be scary, and both his goalies' contracts are up after next year. Sleepy could go any direction, no blatant holes in his team, but would probably welcome the biggest upgrade wherever he could get it.

Two of the top seven skaters (according to GHL Central Scouting) are still there, but neither have much 'wow' factor.

I thought about going with a goalie, but I already have two, including Sitto. Instead, I ended up with the worst guy in terms of overall selected in the round.

I was stupidly enamored by his ******* icon. I knew I needed another skater as I was at the minimum 18. I also knew I needed offense.

My players aren't progressing as well as I had hoped yet. Though I do hope it'll become virtually irrelevant as I've made only 2 good picks out of 5. I'm awful at the draft, more interested in a player's potential & overall rating than anything else, as the other ratings don't mean much to me.

I've also got a fuckton of guys who have their contracts expiring after this season.

It's never going to be irrelevant to me because it's the only place I can add players. They just may not play a lot their first few seasons while training 'em up to real NHN standards.

But I can't even sign a 50 overall or $300K from the free agent list if I need a body.

I'm thinking Bobak.

Could get burned. Could be another Gilyard shows up in the free agency pool. Could be his stamina is 13. The glove and stick numbers are combined numbers so he could suck and I just can't see it yet.

But I'll draft him and see.
