Not suprising, the Mets lose

4-2 to tropicana

OK...I'm off to Exile...FishNasty and I got our game in. 

The 1995 Astros brought home a big win, 4-2, against the 1998 Mets. Mike Hampton threw 8 innings, gave up 3 hits and only one run. Struck out 7 and walked one, outdueling Al Leiter (who took the loss).

Biggio was 3 for 4, big game, drove in a run, and Tony Eusebio had a single and drove in 2.

Matt Franco had an RBI single, and John Olerud a solo shot in the ninth off Dave Veres to account for the Mets' scoring.

Soxy beats the 98 stros with his 95 Sox 7-2 and wins game 1.

In game 2, I lost again with my orioles 4-2 to soxy's 95 mariners.
