I thought it ws fairly clear when I said use a 4 man rotation. Those 4 starters can only start, the rest were fair gamefrom the pen. That is why I always add at the end to ask if you have any questions. I typically get 3-4 questions asked each round.

In the previous two challenges, we were not allowed to use pitchers who had more starts than relief appearances, in relief. Since you made no mention that it was different this time, I had no resaon to questioon it.
