The situation has been resolved.  As a result, the Commissioner's proxy of Phil Masi has been rescinded, putting Masi back on the board.

Minute Maid Park
How can Minute Maid be used when it didn't exist in either 50 or 75?
The rules say any park used between 1950 and 2011 (I think).
Yes, any park in use from 1950 or later.  Specifically, the rules state:

Stadiums
Any stadium in use from 1950 or later may be chosen. Stadiums will be exclusive (original team stadiums will be selected as a part of the inaugural draft). Teams may change stadiums no more than once every 10 seasons.

If the above is correct I would like to change my stadium to COLT STADIUM. ASence no one else has picked a stadium this shouldn't be a problem.

Commissioner Notes:
  • Finally fixed my computer after 3 days.  Sorry that updates have been slow during this time.

  • I am going to make a couple of Commissioner proxy picks to catch up guys that are a little too far behind.  However, with just a couple of rounds left and with most owners filling in their teams based on their own preferences, I am going to allow more time for owners to catch up on their own.  I don't know that there are too many gems left out there to be had, so I would rather let each owner finish of his/her own team.

  • As was previously noted (by jeff4noles I believe), league starts are often delayed after the completion of a draft by owners who take several days to get their team in.  Our draft ends on Sunday, and I expect to have the league up by Monday.  I will sitemail the league number to all the owners as soon as the league is created.  Please plan to get your teams in by Wednesday so that we can get Season 1 started by the weekend.
