Alright MikeT23 I think the most openings I have seen have been 119 so are you willing to admit there is a problem now...I'm pretty sure in are last conversation about this you said that you would be willing to admit there was a problem with HBD if it went over 100 openings. I want to see how many openings there are going to be when all the leagues are done that filled with free teams. Is it possible we could see 200 openings?

Nope. 10 leagues filled and rolled in the last 3 days. Seems like HBD is rolling along pretty well for most.

89 openings at the moment... but no league has fewer than 7. I expect that Gehringer should fill next, because it seems people just join whatever league has the fewest openings.

There's really only 2 possible solutions. More people to fill worlds or less worlds to fill. The latter is the most likely to be possible.

Why not offer incentives to close out some of the younger worlds (while still limiting the creation of new ones)? It would probably be cheaper than handing a bunch of freebies again.

There's no need to close worlds. If someone wants to pay MasterCard $25 to hold a spot in a dead world for the next 10 years, why should any of us care?

People in those worlds would care, since it's affecting their rollover times.

I don't care, but that person paying $25 to sit in a dead world obviously wants to play the game. It might benefit all the worlds if those people in the dead worlds took their $25 and spent it in a "live" world that is just a couple openings from filling

I think you're missing my point. If I choose to reserve a team in World Dead and I'm the only owner in it(31 openings), why should anyone care? What and who, exactly, am I hurting?

I whole-heartedly disagree. They want THEIR team in THEIR world. If they wanted to play, they'd take their credit elsewhere.
