Sure. If I have no interest in participating in the R5 draft, maybe I have 40 players I want to protect, I'll not participate. If zbrent comes to me and says "Hey, I notice you have 1st pick in the R5 and a full 40 man roster. Are you not picking?" I, of course, say "No." He says "How about drop one off your 40, pick this guy, I'll take your guy, trade him back and give you this player."

I've changed my position, picked up a player and done what zbrent requested. Maybe I wasn't exactly "forced" to change my way of thinking but I was convinced to do so.
