Geez. I hadn't noticed that the draft didn't begin until next week. So I can stop worrying about a proxy for 6pm.

Technically, no one has to pick until we catch up with the timed draft ... currently we're in the 4th round, which is/was scheduled for Thursday Jan. 7th.

At the point where we get into the timed draft, then owners who miss their picks will just have to make their picks whenever they can. When we're in the timed draft, there are no early picks unless everyone ahead of you has made their picks.

Owners who will likely miss picks during the timed draft need to arrange to have someone do proxies for them.

I did not think that we were going to make it this far before the actually times started. I assumed many more people were going to be out on break and there would be a larger break between picks. As Kings_Kid said we aren't officially on the clock until thursday. I will sent out a sitemail soon to all the owners to remind them that we are on the clock starting this week.

I think the schedule needs to be adjusted. After this current round is completed then the clock should start ticking on Monday or Tuesday. Change the schedule to adjust to the fact that we are ahead.
