maybe seeding should be taken into account before RPI

sadly, i don't have seeding data. i only know what you can see on the history page of a team.

just FYI, as a result of this discussion and some of the feedback i got via sitemail, I dropped CT success from the dynasty lists.

thanks again to all the coaches who helped out! there are too many to name, between those who helped me get the data, those who feedback in these threads, and those who sitemailed me. but i really appreciate it all :) special thanks to the guys who do their own rankings and sent me long sitemails to give me some guidance.
