I have gone to two straight NT appearences at Wagner College a low level D1 school and the boosters are complaining. Who complains about two straight NT appearences for a lower level D1 team? As you can see the Wagner College history is pretty pathetic and I have clearly turned the program around and the boosters are complaining. I know I haven't won a ton of NT games but come on there isn't much more I can do here gimme a break.

This type of update does not encourage customers to continue their subscriptions.

I'm not sure I believe you...but if this is legit, it's an obvious error, and should be remedied with a site mail.

I took the prestige from a D to a C+ and now the boosters are complaining it makes no sense. Any person with half a brain can see I have done a pretty good job turning the program around.

I can't even believe how awful this is, and how little the people who run the game seem to care about it.

Someone earlier suggested that they simply go back to the old system for the time being, and that will give them time to work out the kinks in the new one.

LET'S DO THAT!!!! I mean, what is the downside?

I have been to the sweet 16 three seasons in a row and have made the NT 5 seasons in a row at the D2 level and only qualify for D or D- D1 schools? I think this system was manufactured to generate more income for WIS... Seems like the schools I would have qualified for will remain empty because the coaches who could get them won't apply and coaches like me who should be eligible are not qualified... smh... How many more seasons do I have to play to get a C- school... this is ridiculous.

Thought I'd add this to the mix. I've coached Utah in Phelan for 12 seasons. With this resume I don't qualify for B+ Wisconsin. Apparently the two terrible seasons of 96 and 98 RPI wipe out the 2 Sweet Sixteens and the 1 Elite 8. I'm not trying to move up, but if I were, I think I'd be a bit ******.

Both of those examples are rediculous. Shqipta should be qualified (not saying he should get, but qualified) for every job in D1. He certainly has proven that he can win at D1, with 2 poor seasons (36 & 40) and 8 NT seasons in the last 10.

I applied for Baylor, Hawaii, Auburn, and Washington State (All have C Prestige). My school now has a C+. I just wanted to get to a bigger conference and didn't get any of them. Not sure what else I can do get hired at one of these places after back to back CT Championships and NT appearences.

I am just annoyed because I am basically stuck at my school with no way out. I can go down to a worse conference and a worse team. But I have no way of moving up. There is no way my team will ever have a shot at winning a NT and I don't care who coaches the team. It's impossible. I just want to go to a big conference where I feel I can build a team that has a chance. I guess WIS would rather have solid programs in big conferences stay as a SIM instead of having people coach them. From a business stand point why wouldn't you make it easier to get in a good school so people spend more money on your website? Instead of making it nearly impossible because that is how it feels from my perspective.

I totally agree. I hate the not-qualified message. Sure, have me lose to real people with better resumes, but let me apply.

There needs to be some reasonable low level (like D2 coaches can't apply for A prestige D1 schools,), but most everything should be fair game. People are always better than sims.

I submitted a ticket on my Tark resume. Here's another example in Phelan, where I'm currently coaching B+ Fresno State and I'm not qualified at A- Florida, B+ Wisconsin, and am a "keep looking" at B Wyoming.

Admittedly my resume at Fresno isn't that great and having a worse than expected year this year didn't help but I did get Fresno to 4 straight NTs for the first time in school history and back to back Sweet 16's at one of the most difficult jobs in DI IMO. My first year was coming from Florida A&M in the MEAC where I got them from D- level to a B in 5 seasons.

Quick update:

I'm aware of the situation, just please be patient. Changing the school requirements is not something I can ever remember us doing, but in this case is warranted. With that said, I don't want to rush into something that's going to make the situation worse.

I'm also looking in the job status situation as it's likely related to the changes in the success logic. If anyone is fired please let me know and I'll take a look at it. Otherwise don't worry too much about job status. If there's an unwarranted firing I'll make sure to correct it.
