For those new to these types of leagues, this matrix will help people figure out if it's ok to skip somebody to make a pick. For example, if gorbyruss wanted to pick Mel Ott from the 33 Giants, he could do so now (since calhoop and Jtpsops already have selected a player from the 33 Giants). As we get deeper and deeper into the draft, this situation will present itself more frequently. By jumping ahead to make your pick, it keeps things moving quickly.
